Description
Gas-atomized, highly flowable spherical Ti-6Al-4V (Ti64) powder. Its high strength-to-weight ratio, fatigue strength and corrosion resistance enable reliable results for thin-walled, complex geometries. Delivers a stable melt pool and good interlayer bonding in L-PBF/EBM; porosity decreases and toughness increases after HIP/heat treatment. Biocompatible for medical uses; preferred for structural aerospace parts exposed to heat and stress.
